Summary
2002年に四隅地域および米国南西部全域にわたるSin Nombre virusのHPS散発報告。州保健部門およびCDC NNDSSを通じて記録。シカネズミ（Peromyscus maniculatus）が主要な宿主のままである。症例は一般的にげっ歯類が汚染したキャビン、小屋、および農村部の職場に関連していた。
